Candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written, prioritize daily tasks, coordinate and schedule multiple assignments, interact with the public, demonstrate excellent phone presentations and respond to advertising inquiries. The selected candidate exercises a high degree of independence, initiative, professional expertise, and sound judgment; the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and the general public; must be highly accurate and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
